In the Netflix feature film "Coin Heist" Alexis played the lead role. In the past, she could be seen with Brittany Snow in the 2020 romantic comedy "Hooking Up." In the year 2018, Alexis was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the field of Daytime Digital Series for "Zac and Mia." She developed a 1/2 hour dark comedy show on FX, is developing her own original pilot, she is currently writing her first feature (a queer rom com about more than just releasing; it's also about brunch). Her prior experience includes acting and directing in a commercial for Google.
